Shop Supervisor

The position calls for a mature, smart and outgoing individual with sound leadership and communication skills and a natural flair for sales.

The candidate will be responsible for the day to day floor operations of the store, achieving daily sales targets and maintaining the upkeep of the store.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

·          Hold a good level of education;

·          Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Maltese and English;

·          Be able to work on own initiative;

·          Be customer and sales oriented;

·          Be sales and results oriented with excellent merchandising skills;

·          Have good organizational skills and capable of managing a team;

·          Be conversant with computer applications

Applicants with previous fashion retail experience will be given preference.
